Biomass fuel hot blast stove is an innovative product specially developed by our company based on the production situation of users to meet the market demand of energy conservation and emission reduction. Mainly burning crop straw, rice husk, bark, wood chips and other biomass fuels instead of coal. Hot blast stove has the characteristics of easy ignition, fast heating, full combustion, high burnout rate and stable heating. Automatic control system, mechanical and electrical integration operation, easy operation, with self-reducing explosion-proof valve, can effectively prevent the hatake during the production of explosion-bursting and other hidden dangers.
(1)Wide fuel adaptability, combustible crop straw, rice husk, bark, sawdust and other biomass pellet fuel;
(2)High combustion efficiency, full combustion, burning degree more than 99%, Thermal efficiency more than 96%;
(3)Stable heating, uniform temperature, heating temperature below 8000 stable and adjustable;
