1.Product introduction

Dual fuel hot blast stove is an innovative product developed by our company according to the production conditions of users. Such as calcium carbide industry drying coke, both can be burned with coal, also flammable with the coke sieve down, can also be burned by electric furnace carbide tail gas; Slag (steel slag) mill supporting boiling furnace, coal or blast furnace gas, fuel can be flexibly switched according to the needs of the automatic control system, mechanical and electrical integrated operation, easy to operate, safe.

2.Main performance and characteristics

(1)With fluidized bed combustion technology, it has wide fuel adaptability, high thermal efficiency and stable heating temperature.
(2)Two sets of combustion devices share a furnace, can be used alone, or can be used at the same time;
(3)A cooling channel is designed to effectively protect another set of combustion units when using a single fuel;
(4)Adopt centralized thermal control system, combustion monitoring system, centralized display, automatic control;
(5)Automatic ignition, pressure protection, flameout protection, with sound and light alarm, network control and other features.
